RKH gives creators, trainers, and independent founders a real activewear line — your logo, your fit, your fabric — without a factory, a warehouse, or a 500-unit minimum standing in the way.
RKH started as a sourcing desk for two gym owners who wanted their own leggings and couldn't get a factory to answer the phone below a 500-unit order. We spent a year building the relationships, the sample process, and the fulfillment pipeline so the next person wouldn't have to. We're not going to tell you this is about "the spirit of sport" — it's a supply chain problem, and we happen to have solved it. What you do with the brand from there is yours.
Three stages, no factory relationships required. You approve every step before it goes further.
Choose a garment — leggings, hoodie, tee, sports bra — plus your colorway, fabric weight, and where your logo sits.
A physical sample ships to your door in 10–15 days. Nothing goes to production until you sign off on fit and finish.
Orders are made to order or in small batch, packed in your branded mailer, and shipped straight to your customer — under your name, not ours.
Every style is available in full private label — your tag, your packaging, your color story.
Made-to-order production means you're never sitting on stock you can't move.
Custom woven labels, hang tags, and branded mailers — RKH never appears on the product.
Orders go out under your brand, direct to your customer, without you touching a box.
The same compression, sweat-wicking, and four-way stretch fabrics larger labels use.
Samples in 10–15 days. Most first drops go live within six weeks of your first sketch.
You see and feel a real sample before a single unit is offered to your audience.
A brand is more than a product photo and a logo. Every plan includes the storefront basics that turn a product page into something people actually trust enough to buy from.
Studio and on-body shots — real bodies, not just flat lay — styled consistently across your whole line. Size charts are measured on the actual sample we shipped you, not copied from a factory spec sheet, so returns don't quietly eat your margin. Post-purchase review requests are built into the flow so social proof starts building from your first order.
A cart and checkout that takes the payment methods your audience already uses. Honest lead-time copy for private label shipping, so a slower delivery window doesn't turn into a dispute. Returns, privacy, and terms pages you can actually adapt — plus a mobile-first, SEO-ready storefront and an abandoned-cart email set up before your first sale, not after you notice people leaving.
Three ways to start — sized the way a garment is, because your first drop and your fifth drop aren't the same order.
"I'd been posting workouts for three years before I had anything of my own to sell. The sample showed up, it fit right, and six weeks later I had a real product page."
"No warehouse, no 500-unit minimum hanging over me. I ordered 30 leggings for my first drop and sold out before the fulfillment order even confirmed."
"The fabric is genuinely the same weight as the big brands I used to wear. My customers ask where I manufacture — they don't ask why it's not a name they recognize."
No. Starter tier is built around made-to-order production, so you can launch with a single unit and scale up only once you know it sells.
Yes. We provide starting templates for logo placement, colorways, and label layout, plus design support if you want a fully custom look.
Production runs through vetted performance-fabric manufacturers. We handle sourcing, quality checks, and shipping so you don't have to manage a factory relationship directly.
Most samples ship within 10–15 days of confirming your design. Nothing moves to production until you approve fit and fabric.
Yes, on every tier. Orders are packed in branded packaging and shipped directly to your customer under your name.
Private label production runs on a different clock than a warehouse. Here's exactly what to expect, and how to reach a person if something's off.
Samples ship in 10–15 business days from a confirmed design. Production orders ship in 3–5 weeks depending on tier and quantity — slower than a warehouse pick-and-pack, because nothing is made until you've ordered it. We'll give you dated lead-time copy to publish on your own product pages so your customers see the same number you do.
Samples can be returned for a fit adjustment within 14 days of delivery at no extra cost. Production units follow the returns policy you set for your own customers — we provide a starting template, you decide the final terms.
We collect only what's needed to process your samples and orders — contact details, shipping address, and payment information handled by our payment processor, never stored on our servers. Full policy text is provided at signup and reviewed with legal counsel before launch.
Covers ownership of your designs and label (yours, always), payment terms for production runs, and what happens if a sample doesn't meet spec. Full terms are shared before any production order is placed.
